SO3 was a great game. Yes, the story took a stupid twist, but it was fun as all hell.
@at below: yup, pretty much. To this day, I hold SO3 as the best PS2 RPG experience I had. I don't get some of the heat it takes other than some people just being mad SO4 isn't coming to PS3...rather, 360.

Hate to say that. So yeah, my RPG attention in 2009 is now squarely placed on Star Ocean. This game had potential, but when even an RPG scores low with FAMITSU, bad news folks.
I sense a flop and a game Sony may have had rushed for the holidays.

Is that nobody is focusing on just what each company WANTS with their consoles. Good for MS keeping the lead, but at the cost of a price cut. That's a two-sided sword and anyone who can think past the unit numbers and start thinking about the income statement knows where I'm going with this. No doubt they're profitable (supposedly), but could they be more?

But it's anti-sony time for the media, so making up as much BS as possible to diminish the image of the PS3 and PSP is allowed right now. Just cause PSP sales have been through the roof worldwide in 2008 and the fact that Sony has no plans for PSP2 cause they're happy with the current trend doesn't mean this guy doesn't know more and can be all like "I AM GOD" in these ridiculous articles.
